Hey! I’m Elise and I am just starting out my journey to become healthy and fit :) I am not particularly overweight, but I have always dreamed of having that perfect bikini body! I am only 5 2 and have been the same weight for a very long time, but all that is soon going to change :) Two weeks ago today I started going running and yesterday I started the 30 Day Shread! I have been trying my best to eat healthier, but sometimes my cravings get the best of me. Hopefully this blog will help me stay on track and reach my fitness goals before I head off to college in the fall!!!
